4 quick exercises to firm up bum & legs
I recently quit the gym. I just don't have the spare hours to get there and back, and workout! So for now while I’m busy with small children, I want to do my workout anytime and anywhere. Who needs free weights when these two are heavy enough!
Do this set 3-4 times with a 1mim rest between each set. Takes about 15-20mins to complete 3 sets. Squeeze those buns! Don't forget to stretch.
Quick legs & bum workout:
40 sec wall squat
30 hip raises ( each leg )
30 wide leg squats ( with a weight )
1min plank ( build up to longer )
