5 belly blasting exercises using a cushion.
I love finding things around the house that I can use in my workouts. Everyone has pillows and cushions. I can't get to the gym these days so my home is my gym, and my kids love a pillow fight.
Here's a fun workout I found focusing on the core and lower body power ( @tanyapoppett is awesome for creative home workout ideas ). This was super fun to recreate with the kids too.
All you need is a cushion or pillow ( kids optional ). I did 3 sets of 5 exercises in 15mins. Build up to 4-5 sets. 30 secs per exercise. No rest between exercises. 1 min rest between sets.
Pillow Stack Crunches for 30 secs
Boat Sits for 30 secs
Pass Throughs for 30 secs
Bridge Kicks for 30 secs
Dynamic Twists for 30 secs ( If you have a boney bum like me sit on a blanket for extra padding )
