Playground Workout for Mummys

What a day!!!! The kids were up super early this morning 😩 and needed a blast of fresh air. How often do we take the kids to the playground to simply watch and follow them around? The playground is a perfect free outdoor gym for the whole family! Get amongst and make it fun for all! Great way to teach the kids how it's done 🤣🤣💪

You can totally make it up as you go but I went for some full body fun!

Give it a go next time, the kids thought it was hilarious. I had a blast too!
