Mega Vitamin Boost Smuice

Serious detox and stress booster! Flood your body with almost every vitamin B under the sun!

Juicer:

3 x small apples

1 x thick slice of lemon

1 x half cucumber

1 x beetroot head

1 x handful of spinach

small amount of parsley 

Juice all ingredients, then pour into a blender. To the blender add:

3 x ice cubes

1 x avocado

Blend until smooth. DRINK!
